Ingredients

  • 2Grams (g) Instant yeast
  • 2CupSugar
  • 1CupWarm milk
  • 0.5CupOil
  • 4CupYogurt
  • 1CupFlour
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder

Steps

    Dissolve two tablespoons of instant yeast and two tablespoons of sugar in a cup of warm milk. Cover and leave it for ten minutes to rise as shown in the video

    Add half a cup of oil and four tablespoons of yogurt or yogurt and mix well.

    Mix a kilo of flour with a tablespoon of salt and a spoonful of baking powder.

    Gradually add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and knead until the dough comes together.
