Chocolate Sauce & Condensed Milk

- 1CanSweetened Condensed Milk
- 1CupPowdered sugar
- 1CupMilk powder
- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

We sift 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder using a fine mesh strainer to remove any lumps.

We add 1 cup of condensed milk to the sifted cocoa.

We mix the two ingredients well using a hand whisk until the texture becomes smooth and uniform.

To prepare homemade condensed milk, we place 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 cup of powdered milk in a bowl.

We add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

We pour 1/2 cup of boiling water over the ingredients.

We blend the mixture using a hand blender or an electric blender for 2 to 3 minutes until the texture becomes thick and creamy.

We store the condensed milk in an airtight container in the fridge, where it will thicken further over time.
