Ingredients

- 4Psc.lemon
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Citric acid
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Turmeric powder
- 0.5Psc.Lemon juice
- 0.5CupOlive oil
- 1Cupwater
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse salt
- 4CupOil

We wash the olives thoroughly to remove dirt and impurities.

We cut the olives (slit them) to allow the flavors to penetrate.

We place the olives in water and change the water twice daily for 5–7 days.

We drain the olives after soaking.

We add lemon pieces, turmeric, and citric salt to the olives.

We add lemon juice and olive oil, then mix all ingredients well until combined.

We place the olive mixture into sterilized glass jars.

We pour the juice released from the olives over the olives in the jars.

We prepare the brine by dissolving 1 tablespoon of coarse salt in each cup of water, then pour the brine over the olives to cover them.

We add regular oil or olive oil to cover the surface, then leave the olives for one and a half months until ready to eat.
