- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander

- 1PinchMinced Coriander

Chop the sweet potatoes, carrots, squash, peppers, onions, add the garlic, and arrange them on a baking sheet.

We drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle paprika, cumin, black pepper, and cardamom.

We roast the vegetables in a preheated oven until golden and tender.

We place the concentrated meat broth in a pot over medium heat

Remove the skins from the roasted peppers and garlic

We add the roasted vegetables to the pot.

We blend the mixture using an immersion blender until smooth

We add boiling water until we reach the desired consistency.
