Ingredients

  • 300Grams (g) Biscuit
  • 1.5CupMilk
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Nescafè
  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 5Grams (g) Butter
  • 1CupChocolate Chips
  • 1CupPeanut

Steps

    Break 300 g biscuits into a bowl.

    In a saucepan, mix 1.5 cups milk, 2 tbsp cocoa, 1 tsp coffee, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 5 tbsp butter off heat.

    Heat and stir until boiling, then add 1 tsp vanilla.

    Let it cool slightly, pour over biscuits, and fold gently.

    Line a tray with parchment, spread mixture, refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Melt 120 g dark & milk chocolate in microwave, then add 1 tbsp oil.

    Mix melted chocolate with 1 cup chopped peanuts.

    Pour ganache over cake, refrigerate 30 more minutes.
