Chicken Kofta
Ingredients

- 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
- 0.25Grams (g) chicken thighs
- 1Psc.eggs
- 1BunchParsley
- 1.5CupFine breadcrumbs

Finely chop a kilo of chicken breasts and a quarter kilo of chicken thighs.

To make the dressing, in a food processor place the large onion, green pepper, red pepper, and garlic.

Add the oil and mix well until the ingredients are homogeneous

Drain the water from the marinade as shown in the video

Add spices to both the marinade and the water drained from the marinade: (salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, and curry).

Mix the marinade with the minced chicken.

Add the chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, and egg.

Knead the ingredients well until you reach the consistency shown in the video

Take a portion of the mixture and form it into fingers using shish taouk sticks until you run out.

Place the kofta on parchment paper in a tray.

Place the tray in the oven until the kofta is halfway cooked.

Take out the koftas and brush them with water drained from the marinade.

We return the kofta to the oven to finish cooking.

Serve the kofta with a yogurt salad and red onion .
