Ingredients
- 300Grams (g) Ground meat
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 2Psc.Carrot
- 1Psc.Tomato
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Grated ginger
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 1PinchSeven spices
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Curry
- 1Psc.Beef Stock
- 1PinchSalt
- 2Liters (L)Hot water
- 2CupBasmati rice
- 1CupNuts

Cut the Tomato into small cubes after removing the skin and then chop the carrots

In a large pot, heat some oil and fry the nuts until golden, then remove and set them aside.

In the same pot, using the same oil, add the minced meat and stir until its color changes.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.

Add the grated ginger and chopped carrots, stir for a few minutes until the aroma is released.

Add the chopped and peeled tomato, salt, ground cinnamon, seven spices, curry powder, and the stock cube, then mix everything well until combined.

Pour in 2 cups of hot water, cover the pot, and let it cook over medium heat until the carrots are almost fully tender (about three-quarters done).

Add the washed basmati rice, then pour 2 more cups of hot water to cover the rice.

Allow the mixture to boil until the rice absorbs the water, then reduce the heat to low

Leave it to cook until the rice is completely tender.

Once cooked, serve the dish hot and garnish it with the fried nuts.
