  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 2Grams (g) Hot chilli
  • 1CupOil

Steps

    Cut the tomatoes lengthwise into wedges.

    Prepare the marinade by mixing mashed garlic, salt, cumin, coriander, vinegar, lemon juice, and chopped hot peppers.

    Add the marinade to the tomatoes and mix well.

    (Optional) Add a little oil.

    Transfer the mixture to a clean jar and seal tightly.
