  • 2CupHoney
  • 1.5CupMilk
  • 1Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Psc.Apple
  • 1CupBrown sugar

Steps

    Place the oats, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, chia seeds, honey and milk in a skillet over medium heat

    Stir the mixture until the ingredients combine and the mixture thickens.

    Cut the apples into cubes

    In another skillet, melt the butter and then add the diced apples, brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

    Stir until the apple softens and caramelizes.

    Pour the oat mixture into a serving dish and top it with the caramelized apples.

    Garnish with walnuts or pecans if desired.
