Steps

    In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and yeast. Gradually add water and knead for 5 minutes.

    Add salt and olive oil, knead for another 5 minutes until smooth.

    Let the dough rise in an oiled bowl for 1 hour in a warm place.

    Mix lukewarm water with date molasses in a small bowl.

    Shape the dough into circles, stuff with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and add salami if desired.

    Dip the stuffed dough balls into the molasses mixture, then coat with sesame seeds.
