Steps

    Slice the strawberries as shown in the video, then simmer them on low heat with sugar and lemon juice until the strawberries soften and the sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.

    Using a mixer or a whisk, whip the cream until it thickens, then add the sweetened condensed milk and mix with a spatula. Finally, fold in the biscuits and combine everything well.

    Pour the mixture into a baking dish over the strawberry sauce, then sprinkle with crushed biscuits and add strawberries on top. Place the dish in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
