We hollow out the potatoes and fry them in oil on all sides until they turn golden brown.

We sauté the onion in a pan, then add the green bell pepper, followed by the ground beef, mixed spices, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt

For the tomato sauce, we sauté the garlic in oil until it turns golden brown, then add the fresh tomato juice, tomato paste, a pinch of sugar, salt, black pepper, and the Maggi cube (if desired). We cook it for 10 minutes.

We pour the sauce over the stuffed potatoes.

We bake the potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes from the bottom, then brown them lightly from the top.
