Ingredients

  • 250Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
  • 6Psc.Cucumber
  • 2Psc.Carrot
  • 1Psc.Bell Peppers
  • 1BunchGreen Coriander
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio
  • 2CupPeanut butter
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Rice vinegar
  • 0.5Cupwater
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce

Steps

    We boil the chicken breasts with bay leaves and pepper. Once cooked, we drain and let it cool. After cooling, we shred the chicken and add it to the salad

    We cut the cucumber in half and scoop out the center using a spoon

    We either grate or finely chop the carrots.

    We cut the sweet bell pepper into thin strips.

    We roughly chop the cilantro.

    In a bowl, we combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water, mixing well.
