Boil the potatoes in a pot of water with salt and black pepper until cooked through.

Place the potatoes with their skins in a baking dish and mash them. Then add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika (sweet or hot, according to your preference), along with oregano.

Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
