  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chopped pecans

  • 1Psc.Avocado
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 2PinchSalt
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 1PinchRed chili flakes
  • 1CupPeanut butter
  • 2Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream

Steps

    Toast the gluten-free bread.

    Spread a slice of bread with peanut butter.

    Slice the bananas into slices and add them to the bread

    Sprinkle the pecans and honey over the bananas.

    Cut the avocado into slices and mix it with a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt

    Add the avocado slices on top of the second slice of bread

    To make the egg scramble: Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of cream

    Add the egg mixture on top of the avocado and then add the crushed chili.
