- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Spicy sauce

Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine ayran or any preferred type of yogurt, then add sheep milk and mix well.

Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken as shown in the video, then place it in the marinade and massage it. Set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, barbecue sauce, ketchup, and honey until well combined.

Prepare the Coating: In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

Coat the Chicken: Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture as shown in the video.

Fry the Chicken: Fry the chicken in deep oil, starting with high heat for 3 minutes, then reduce to medium heat and cook for another 7 minutes.
