Banana cake

Slice the bananas lengthwise into halves and place them in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Adjust the banana quantity based on the pan size

To make the caramel, add sugar, water, and butter to a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the mixture turns a golden color, ensuring not to overcook to avoid bitterness

Pour the caramel over the bananas in the baking pan.

For the cake batter, blend eggs, crème caramel powder or vanilla, white vinegar, cup of sugar, melted butter, and milk in a blender for 2 minutes

Combine the liquid mixture with the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Mash one banana with a fork and fold it into the batter, stirring gently to combine.

Pour the batter over the bananas and caramel in the baking pan.
