Steps

    Prepare the red hot chili peppers by washing them thoroughly and drying them.

    Using a knife, remove the stem and cut each pepper in half.

    Use a spoon to remove all the seeds inside the peppers until all are cleaned.

    Grind the peppers in a food processor or meat grinder until smooth.

    Place the ground peppers on a tray and expose them to sunlight for 1–2 hours until completely dry and all excess liquid is gone.

    Once dried, place the pepper paste into bags or storage jars.

    Pour oil over the surface to preserve it, then store it in the freezer
