Ingredients

- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

- 2.5CupFlour
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1PinchSalt
- 100CupMelted Chocolate
- 1To TasteCrushed pistachios

We place the butter in a glass bowl and beat it using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

We add the powdered sugar and continue beating until the mixture becomes light in color and fluffy.

We add the yogurt, oil, and vanilla, then beat again until all ingredients are well combined.

We add the 2 cups of sifted flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.

We add the remaining 1/2 cup of flour (or cocoa powder), and bring the dough together gently by hand—without kneading.

We transfer the dough into a piping bag and shape it onto a baking tray.

We bake the petit four in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes from the bottom, then brown the tops for 2 minutes.
