Knead all the dough ingredients using a stand mixer for 12-14 minutes until a smooth and elastic dough forms

Let the dough rise and rest until it doubles in size.

Divide the dough into equal balls, making about 6-7 pieces.

Roll out each ball into a circular shape using a rolling pin.

Place a suitable amount of filling (pizza sauce, cheese, olives, and corn) in the center of the dough.

Fold the dough into a triangular shape, ensuring the edges are well sealed to prevent leakage while baking.

Arrange the sambousek on a baking tray with the smooth side facing up.

Brush the surface with beaten egg, then sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
