  • 0.5CupChopped dill
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Turmeric
  • 1Grams (g) Butter
  • 4CupOil
  • 0.5PinchCumin seeds
  • 0.5CupCashew
  • 1Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 2Psc.Chicken stock
  • 2Psc.Tortilla
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 0.25Cupwater

Steps

    Boil the rice in warm water with a tablespoon of dill, turmeric, and bouillon cube

    Let it boil for 5 to 8 minutes, then strain it well.

    In another saucepan, place the butter cube with two tablespoons of oil, add the chopped onion, cumin seeds, and cashews

    Sauté the ingredients together until the onions are wilted but not golden in color, then set the mixture aside.

    Cut the tortillas into triangles as shown in the video

    Arrange the tortilla strips in the base of the same saucepan we used.

    Top the tortilla with the boiled rice, onion and cashew mixture, then add a couple of tablespoons of oil and chopped dill

    Mix salt and a cube of chicken broth in water and then add it to the ingredients

    Gently stir the ingredients together until the flavors are evenly distributed.

    Cover the pot tightly and simmer for 20-25 minutes, being careful not to open the lid before 20 minutes have passed.

    After the time is up, serve hot
