We place 6 pieces of puff pastry in the oven until they turn golden brown.

In a pot over the stove, we add one liter of milk, ¾ cup of sugar, one tablespoon of cinnamon, two tablespoons of orange blossom water, and one can of cream. We stir the ingredients well until the milk heats up.

After baking the puff pastry, we break it into pieces with our hands and place it in a dish.

We add our favorite nuts, such as pistachios, almonds, and shredded coconut. You can add any nuts you prefer.

We pour the hot milk over the broken puff pastry until it is fully soaked.

We add one can of cream on top and garnish with nuts like pistachios, almonds, and shredded coconut, according to preference

We place the dish in the oven at 180°C, baking from the bottom. Once it starts boiling, we move it to the broiler until the top turns golden brown.
