Steps

    We cut the croissants into small pieces and place them on a baking tray.

    We place the tray in the oven under the broiler until the croissants turn golden brown.

    In a pot, we add 3 cups of full-fat milk, 1 cup of whipping cream, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar. We heat until it boils.

    In a separate bowl, we mix 1.5 cups of whipped cream (or heavy cream) with a can of cream until smooth.

    We add the nuts to the toasted croissant pieces in the tray.

    We pour the hot milk mixture over the toasted croissant pieces and nuts until they are fully soaked.

    We add the cream mixture on top of the croissants soaked in milk.

    We place the tray in the oven for about 10 minutes until the ingredients set and the dessert turns golden brown.

    After removing the dessert from the oven, we garnish it with nuts.
