Chocolate Cake

- 0.25CupMelted Coconut Butter
- 0.75Teaspoons (tsp)Coconut Sugar
- 1Grams (g) Greek yogurt
- 2Psc.eggs
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla Extract
- 50CupChocolate Chips
- 0.5CupHot coffee

In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well combined

In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut butter, coconut sugar, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and well incorporated

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined

Add the hot coffee and mix until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

Grease a baking pan with a little oil (use a pan with a diameter between 18 and 26 cm, depending on the desired cake height),

Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan.

Preheat the oven to 170°C (traditional oven setting)

Once preheated, bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
