Ingredients

  • 4Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
  • 1Psc.Potato
  • 4ClovesGarlic
  • 1BunchGreen Coriander
  • 1Psc.Chicken stock
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Psc.Vegetable stock

Steps

    First, cut 4-5 chicken breasts into medium-sized cubes.

    Boil the chicken, then drain the water and return it to boil with some seasonings added.

    Fry the potatoes cut into small cubes until golden.

    In a pot, add vegetable oil and sauté 4 cloves of crushed garlic

    Add the chopped coriander and sauté with the garlic.

    Add the boiled chicken and fried potatoes, and stir them together for a bit.

    Add chicken broth and salt to taste.

    Optionally, add vegetable Maggi.

    Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
