  • 4.5CupSemolina
  • 2CupSugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Rose water
  • 1PacketPhyllo dough
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
  • 1To TasteSyrup
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

Steps

    We prepare the phyllo dough by cutting it into triangles

    We prepare the filling by placing the milk in a pot on the stove, then adding the semolina, sugar, and rose water or orange blossom water.

    We stir well and continue stirring on high heat, then reduce the heat until the semolina grains open up and cook.

    We remove the mixture from the heat and add two tablespoons of cream, then stir.

    We stuff the phyllo dough with the filling as shown in the video.

    We place it in a Pyrex dish and brush them well with ghee.

    We bake them in the oven at 200°C from top and bottom for 20-25 minutes.

    After removing them from the oven, we let them sit aside for 5 minutes.

    We add the syrup and garnish with pistachios.
