    Take a piece of sambousek pastry and add a spoonful of the cheese filling.

    Fold the pastry into a triangle shape as shown in the video (or any preferred shape).

    Seal the edge using a paste made from flour and water to prevent leakage during frying.

    Deep-fry the sambousek in hot oil until golden brown.

    Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
