  • 0.75CupMilk
  • 1.25CupSugar
  • 2CupFlour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 0.5CupCoconut
  • 1CanSweetened Condensed Milk

    Mix the eggs, vanilla, oil, and sugar in an electric mixer until smooth.

    Add the flour and baking powder to the previous mixture, then mix well until the ingredients are combined.

    Add the milk, then add the coconut and mix well until smooth

    Pour the mixture into the Pyrex and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes

    After the cake comes out of the oven, remove the edges and cut it into cubes

    Mix a cup of liquid milk with sweetened condensed milk, then place the cake pieces in the mixture and then place them in the coconut.
