    Juice the pomegranates using a juicer until you have 1 liter of fresh juice.

    Pour the pomegranate juice into a pot and place it over medium heat

    Skim off any foam that forms on the surface using a spoon or spatula

    Let the juice simmer over low heat until much of the water has evaporated and the volume has reduced to about a quarter.

    Pour the hot molasses into a sterilized glass jar.
