Heat a small amount of oil with a tablespoon of butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, and sauté them until they soften.

Add the chicken pieces and spices, and let them sauté with the onion. Then, add the mushrooms and stir the ingredients well until they are combined. Finally, add the broccoli and mix everything together.

In a cup of water, dissolve a packet of instant soup, then add it to the pot while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens to a consistency similar to béchamel.
