Steps

    We wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.

    We cut the potatoes into quarters or as desired.

    In a bowl, we mix the olive oil and vegetable oil with salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary.

    We add the juice of half a lemon and the vegetable bouillon cube, and mix everything well.

    We line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the potato pieces on it.

    We pour the seasoning mixture over the potatoes and mix them well so all pieces are well coated.

    We place the tray in a preheated oven at medium heat (around 200°C or 392°F), with heat from both the top and bottom.
