  • 5Tablespoons (tbsp)Shea seeds

Steps

    Add the brewed coffee to a mixing bowl.

    Add the oats to the coffee.

    Add the milk to the mixture.

    Add chia seeds and stir well.

    Blend the mixture using a hand blender until smooth.

    Pour the mixture into a serving mold or container.

    In a separate bowl, add the yogurt.

    Sweeten the yogurt with honey or stevia and mix well until fully blended.

    Pour the yogurt mixture over the coffee-oat layer in the mold.
