  • 0.5Psc.Lemon juice
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Quince seeds
  • 1Cupwater

    Wash the quince thoroughly to remove dirt.

    Slice the quince while keeping the seeds aside.

    Soak the slices in water to prevent oxidation.

    Place the quince slices in a deep pot.

    Add enough water to fully cover the slices.

    Place quince seeds in a tea infuser and add it.

    Let the quince boil over medium heat until soft.

    Gradually add sugar, stirring gently.

    Add lemon juice and cook on low heat.
