  • 1Psc.Cinnamon Sticks
  • 0.5CupNuts
  • 5Psc.Dates
  • 0.75CupVermicelli
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Custard Powder
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
  • 1PinchSaffron

Steps

    Boil the milk with the cardamom pods and cinnamon stick in a medium-sized pot over medium heat.

    In a separate pan, toast the nuts in the ghee until golden

    Cut the dates into small pieces

    Add the chopped dates and stir until they soften.

    Add the vermicelli to the pan with the nuts and dates, and lightly toast it until golden.

    Pour in the boiled milk and sugar, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves completely.

    Dissolve the custard powder in 1/2 cup of milk, then add it to the mixture, stirring until the consistency thickens.

    Add the saffron to the mixture and stir
