Ingredients

  • 4Psc.Carrot
  • 2CupOlive oil
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 0.5PinchThyme
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper

Steps

    Wash the carrots thoroughly, then cut them into long, even slices to ensure even cooking.

    In a large bowl, place the carrot slices and add olive oil, starch, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme

    Toss well until all the pieces are evenly coated.

    Spread the carrot slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they’re in a single layer and not overlapping.

    Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes, flip the carrot slices and bake for another 15 minutes until they become crispy and golden on the edges.
