We prepare thin or medium chicken breasts.

We add the finely chopped onion to the chicken.

We add salt and black pepper and mix the ingredients well.

We add the two eggs directly to the chicken and mix until well combined.

We place the flour, breadcrumbs, and a little salt in another plate and mix them together.

We press the chicken breasts into the flour–breadcrumb mixture so it sticks well.

We shake off any excess coating and place the chicken on a plate.

We heat plenty of oil in a frying pan over medium–high heat.

We place the chicken pieces in the hot oil, then lower the heat slightly so they don’t burn.

We fry the chicken for 6–8 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.

We drain the chicken and serve it with pasta in red sauce or with potatoes.

Tip The oil should be hot and deep at the beginning, then the heat should be lowered after adding the chicken to ensure even cooking without burning.
