Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Puff pastry dough
  • 2CupWhipping cream powder
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
  • 1CupPowdered sugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Strawberry Jam

Steps

    We cut the puff pastry dough into squares, then fold each square into a triangle.

    We arrange the triangles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    We bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F), on the middle rack, with heat from both top and bottom, until they turn golden

    Meanwhile, we beat the powdered cream with the cream cheese and powdered sugar until we get a smooth creamy texture.

    Once the puff pastries cool down, we slightly open them in the middle and fill them with strawberry jam and the cream mixture

    We sprinkle powdered sugar on top for garnish.
