  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio
  • 2Milliliters (mL)Melted butter

Steps

    Lay out the phyllo dough sheets on a clean surface and brush each sheet with ghee or butter using a brush.

    In a bowl, mix the chopped walnuts with cinnamon and sugar well, then leave the pistachios as they are or mix them with syrup to make them sticky.

    Place a spoonful of the walnut filling at the edge of each phyllo dough sheet, then start rolling it tightly. After that, preheat the oven to 180°C, place the filled phyllo rolls in a ghee-greased tray, and leave them in the oven until they turn golden.

    After removing the phyllo rolls from the oven, you can drizzle hot syrup over them and garnish with cream and Nutella if desired. You can serve the phyllo rolls warm or at room temperature as preferred.
