Ingredients

We prepare 1 cup of powdered sugar and place it in a mixing bowl.

We add 1 cup of powdered milk to the sugar.

We optionally add a pinch of vanilla.

We add 1 cup of tahini to the dry ingredients.

We mix the ingredients well, then knead by hand until the texture becomes smooth and resembles wet sand.

We transfer the mixture into a square or rectangular container and press it down firmly to remove any air gaps.

We cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours to set.

To make a chocolate version, we add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the same ingredients and follow the same method.

Once chilled, we cut the halva into portions and serve.
