Banana Bread

We mash the two ripe bananas thoroughly with a fork until smooth.

We add 1 cup of brown sugar to the mashed bananas and mix well until the sugar dissolves.

We add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and stir until the flavor is incorporated.

We add the melted butter and mix until well combined.

We add the two eggs and mix thoroughly until the batter is uniform.

We add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and blend it in.

We sift 2 cups of flour with 2 teaspoons of baking powder over the mixture and stir until smooth and lump-free.

We pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

We bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.

After baking, we remove the pan from the oven and place the bread on a cooling rack for 10 minutes.
