Dip the biscuits in the cold milk and arrange two layers in a suitable tray.

In a pot, mix the cold milk, sugar, vanilla, and custard powder, stirring until the mixture dissolves.

Place the pot on the stove and stir continuously until the mixture thickens.

Add the cream to the custard mixture and stir well, then pour it over the biscuit layer in the tray.

Refrigerate the tray until the second layer sets

In a bowl, dissolve the jelly in ½ cup boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.

Mix the half cup of cold water with the Turkish juice powder and add it to the jelly mixture.

Pour the jelly and juice mixture over the custard layer, then return the tray to the fridge until the top layer sets.

Remove the dessert from the fridge, cut it into pieces, decorate as desired, and serve.
