To prepare the filling, we heat olive oil in a pan, then add the onion and sauté until it softens. Next, we add sumac, spices, and salt, stirring until the onion is cooked. Finally, we turn off the heat, add pomegranate molasses, and mix well.

To prepare the dough, we place the mint, cooked chickpeas, and salt over the washed bulgur and mix well. Then, we add 4 tablespoons of flour and half a cup of water, kneading thoroughly. *Note: There’s no specific amount for the flour and water; we add them until the dough becomes firm, as shown in the video.*

We prepare the baking dish as shown in the video, then cut and garnish it. Finally, we place it in a preheated oven at 200°C (about 400°F) from both top and bottom for 30 to 40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
