Ingredients

  • 2.5CupGluten free flour
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Psyllium husk
  • 1PacketYeast
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 0.5PinchSalt
  • 3CupOlive oil
  • 1CupWarm water
  • 50PinchSesame

Steps

    We mix all the dry ingredients together: flour, sugar, psyllium husk, yeast, and salt.

    We add the vinegar and olive oil, then gradually add warm water while kneading until we get a soft, cohesive dough.

    We cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.

    Next, transfer the dough to the toast mold, add the sesame seeds, and let it rest again for half an hour inside the mold.

    We preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

    We bake the toast until the top is golden and the inside is cooked through.

    We let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
