- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Psyllium husk

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar

- 3CupOlive oil
- 1CupWarm water

We mix all the dry ingredients together: flour, sugar, psyllium husk, yeast, and salt.

We add the vinegar and olive oil, then gradually add warm water while kneading until we get a soft, cohesive dough.

We cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Next, transfer the dough to the toast mold, add the sesame seeds, and let it rest again for half an hour inside the mold.
