Steps

    Take the puff pastry dough and cut it as shown in the video

    Place the dough in cupcake molds and brush it with a mixture of egg and vinegar.

    Put the dough in the oven with both the top and bottom heat on until it turns golden.

    Cut the avocado into small cubes.

    Add tomatoes, onions, fresh cilantro, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and olive oil, then mix well.

    Once the puff pastry cups are baked and cooled, fill them with the stuffing
