Fudge Chocolate Cake

- 180Tablespoons (tbsp)All-purpose flour

- 200Grams (g) Dark chocolate

We cut the chocolate bar into small pieces and transfer them to a heatproof bowl.

We melt the salted butter in a pan over medium heat until it turns golden brown

We pour the melted butter over the chocolate pieces and stir until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture becomes smooth.

We crack the eggs into a separate bowl and whisk them well using a hand whisk.

We add the white sugar and brown sugar to the whisked eggs and stir until the sugar dissolves.

We add the chocolate and butter mixture to the egg and sugar mixture, stirring until fully combined.

We add the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder and mix until we get a smooth, lump-free cake batter.

We pour the batter into a greased baking dish or one lined with parchment paper, and spread it evenly with a spatula.
