Ingredients

  • 0.25CupOlive oil
  • 1Psc.Onion
  • 2Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 1BunchBasil
  • 1PinchNutmeg
  • 2Liters (L)Hot water
  • 1Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 0.5CupGrated Parmesan cheese
  • 2PacketFettuccine pasta

Steps

    Heat olive oil in a large pan.

    Slice the onion and add it to the oil, sauté until softened.

    Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté with the onion

    Add fresh basil and continue stirring.

    Add 2 cups of hot water or vegetable broth to blend the flavors.

    Add a pinch of nutmeg and stir well.

    Add cooking cream and let the mixture simmer on low heat.

    Add salt and black pepper to taste.
