Ingredients
- 2Psc.Red bell pepper
- 2Psc.Green pepper
- 1CupOlive oil
- 1Cupwater

Wash the bell peppers well and remove the seeds.

Blend the peppers in a blender without adding water if using red peppers. If using green peppers, add a little water to help blend.

Pour the mixture into a pan over high heat, stirring occasionally until all the water evaporates.

Once the liquid dries, lower the heat to prevent burning.

Continue stirring until it thickens to a molasses-like consistency.

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then transfer to a clean, dry container.

Pour olive oil over the surface until it is completely covered.

Gently stir to make sure all the molasses is coated in oil

Close the container tightly and store it in the fridge.
