  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Cupwater
  • 1CupFlour
  • 2Psc.eggs
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon

Steps

    Place 1 tablespoon of sugar with 2 cubes of butter and 1 cup of water in a pan over heat.

    Stir the ingredients until the sugar and butter completely dissolve.

    Gradually add 1 cup of flour while stirring continuously until the dough becomes firm.

    Leave the dough on low heat for a few minutes, then remove from heat and place in a bowl to cool slightly.

    Add the first egg with 1 teaspoon of vanilla and mix well.

    Add the second egg and knead until the dough is firm but not too runny.

    Using a piping bag, shape the dough on parchment paper into long fingers.

    Cut the churros with scissors after shaping, lightly oiling the scissors to make cutting easier.

    Fry the churros in hot oil with the parchment paper, then easily remove the parchment.

    Turn the churros until golden brown
