Steps

    Take a third of a cup of bulgur and soak it in water

    We cut red cabbage into very thin slices.

    We cut the onion into thin slices

    We add the dried tomato to the bowl.

    Chop the mint and add it to the ingredients

    Drain the bulgur from the water and add it to the ingredients

    Add the olive oil.

    Add the black pepper.
