  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 0.25To TasteMozzarella
  • 1PinchRed chili flakes
  • 0.25CupGrated Parmesan cheese

Steps

    Crack the two eggs into a bowl.

    Add the thyme, oregano, and black pepper to the eggs.

    Beat the mixture well with a fork or hand whisk.

    Place mozzarella cheese (Parmesan can be added) in a skillet over medium heat until melted

    Pour the egg mixture over the melted cheese.

    Cover the pan and let the omelette cook until it is cooked, firm and lightly golden in color.
